Ashtanga Yoga – series of postures woven together by utilizing the breath (ujjayi pranayama), gaze points ( dristi ) and internal locks (bandahs). These classes are guided and there is also a self practice option, experience in the Ashtanga System is required.
Vinyasa Yoga – This type of yoga class incorporates lots of variety, focusing on developing strength in all areas of the body. The postures are linked together with the breath. All levels and styles are welcome.
*Private lessons – one on one or small group ( max 4 people) sessions, lessons tailored to individual needs.
Pre/Post Natal Yoga – A nurturing, therapeutic class which supports women throughout their pregnancy and for post natal recovery. The class includes yoga postures to accommodate the growing belly, utilizing the breath including relaxation. All levels welcome, no yoga experience required.
