Ashtanga Yoga – series of postures woven together by utilizing the breath (ujjayi pranayama), gaze points ( dristi ) and internal locks (bandahs).

*Private lessons – one on one or small group ( max 4 people)  sessions, lessons tailored to individual needs.

*Pre/Post Natal Yoga – A nurturing, active yet therapeutic class which supports women throughout their pregnancy and for post natal recovery ( babies welcome ). The class includes yoga postures to accommodate the growing belly, utilizing the breath including relaxation. All levels welcome, no yoga experience required. Also open to all women with little or no yoga experience.
